BoyintheShade is a high-energy multimedia concert that combines live music, poetry, video imagery, dancing, puppetry, stunts and a whole lot of imagination into an unforgettable theatrical experience. Performing songs from Be The Tree, the follow-up to their breakthrough Riding My First Pony, BoyintheShade delivers a one-of-a-kind live musical performance of great songs with infectious melodies and meaningful lyrics that capture the rollercoaster experiences of childhood.
Children and parents alike are captivated as the live performance of the BoyintheShade gang -- Boy, Daisy, Shi Guy, Numbers and, of course, Trouble -- is seamlessly integrated with video vignettes featuring their animated counterparts, puppets and live action to create a delightful storytelling show. It's an hour of non-stop sing-along, clap-along entertainment fun as audiences are transported to a magical world where character counts and self confidence is king.
The sounds, the sets, and the style of the "Be The Tree" show will keep audiences of all ages "shakin' their leaves" as they discover the BoyintheShade secret to happiness: Give Love, Be Yourself, and Always Keep Trying!
